Jamala Wildlife Lodge山林小屋紧邻国家动物园和水族馆（National Zoo and Aquarium），提供导游、私人动物饲养活动、毗邻动物围栏的住宿、免费无线网络连接、室外游泳池以及供应非洲菜肴的餐厅。

评论1：Dear Sir & Madam, We booked 2 Jung Bungalow rooms through BOOKING website and the room surcharge is the highest in your hotel. We booked 2 rooms at same time online and thought they should be close to each other. However, when we arrive, the 2 rooms (No. 2 and No. 5) are far apart. We notice that the guests in Room 4 and Room 1 checked in on the same day as we arrived. I don’t understand why you make such inconvenience room arrangement to us. Furthermore, we were arranged to be seated by the table which is farthest to the animals. Animals were scared and hided up because other guests use flash to take the photos. None of your staff interfered such improper behaviors which results the table to us is meaningless although its location is bad enough because it faces the door which means we got frozen that night(picture as attached) We never receive such unfair services in other countries and do need your explanation and apology. Thanks for your attention and waiting for your prompt reply! unpleasantness is continuing...your resturant offer us the main course without pre-checking what we want，the reason was just because there is no enough beef！！How u can offer your clt a dish without getting confirmation from them？It's really incredible！besides，we checked with ur staff in the resturant why you arrange this table to us，their answer was you do not have enough space on the 1st floor……We are really unsatisfied with your service，pls give us a detailed and proper explaination！thanks 这是我入住当天就写了两封投诉信给该酒店信箱和booking信箱，3天过去了一直没有收到任何回复！！！- 不明白收费那么贵的酒店服务却一点没有，晚上8点半电话前台居然一直无人接听，这样万一半夜酒店客人发生紧- 急事件怎么办呢，绝对不推荐去住！太可怕了！！！
